“Helping Young People Develop The Skills They Need To Thrive In A Digital Age”
Project Blue Sky is a digital media training initiative led by a coalition of Canadian businsesses to teach young people around the world the skills they need to thrive in a digital economy.
In todays modern world skills like photo editing, web content creation and video creation are hugely important. Whereas in the past reading, writing and arithmatic were the fundamental building blocks of eductaion today a young person entering the workplace needs to have mastered the handling of digital media assets in order to thrive.
Our partner enterprises donate time to hold classes and workshops with young people to teach them the fundamentals of web media. These classes are designed to be both fun and informative. It’s important to engage the students if you want them to learn anything.
We are currently recruiting media partners that have expertise and the capacity to devote small chunks for time to further our cause. If you have digital media skills and would like to help teach the next generation then please get in touch using our contact form.
